Payment

DELI-Beads accepts payment via most major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover) through our secure server provided by PayPal Secure Payments.  No previous PayPal account is required.

DELI-BEADS also utilizes PayPal "Express Checkout". Customers can pay with any major credit card or funding source available to them through their existing PayPal account. Even if you do NOT currently have a PayPal account, you can register a new customer account with us and PayPal will use this information to proceed with a one-time payment. Your credit card number is not given to us and is not stored on our website. All information you provide is strictly confidential; we never divulge our customers' information to anyone.

PayPal Notes

DELI-BEADS abides by the following rules with the use of PayPal Payments

  • Currency Must be in U.S. Funds.
  • PayPal converts your currency to US funds using up to date currency conversions.
  • Allows unconfirmed address for those that do not have an existing PayPal account.
  • Blocks - eChecks and Smart Logo payments, or German bank transfer and Giropay for all payments.

 

Shipping

Orders will be processed for shipping within 1-2 Business Days after purchase.  During periods of heavy customer activity this time may be extended.

Your preferred method of shipment is selected during  "Step 1" of the checkout process.*

*Please note that when choosing USPS Priority 2-Day or 3-Day shipping, you are paying extra for the United States Postal Service to ship your package in a more efficient and timely manner.  It is the USPS who GUARANTEES their 2-Day or 3-Day service, NOT Deli-Beads.  Once your package leaves our hands, it is no longer under our control.

Deli-Beads.com ships Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and National Holidays  and are limited to the same hours and days of operation that the United States Postal Service (USPS) adheres to.  For example:  If your order is placed late on a Friday, it cannot be shipped until the Post Office is open for business the following Monday (or Tuesday, if that Monday happens to be a Holiday).

Our website is directly connected to the USPS and all shipping options and prices are automatically calculated by them.  In the rare occurrence when the shipping quote is miscalculated (due to a discrepancy in the weight of your order), Deli-Beads will refund any over paid shipping costs incurred by the customer.

Furthermore, DELI-BEADS Business cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit by the USPS.   DELI-BEADS ships merchandise to the location provided in your DELI-BEADS Customer Account and cannot be held responsible for any incorrect or erroneous information given us regarding foreign and/or domestic shipping addresses.

Returns / Exchanges

Returns - Will be accepted within 30 days of the original shipment date.  All returns MUST be in their original condition and not altered in any way.  Your account will then be credited via PayPal in the amount of the original purchase price excluding shipping costs.  Returns made after 30 days of their original shipment date will incur a 10% Re-Stocking Fee.  Registered Customers will be issued their refund in the form of Deli-Points while Guests will receive their refund in the form of a Gift Code; both of which can be used toward any future Deli-Beads purchases. 

Exchanges - Will be accepted within 30 days of their original shipment date. All exchanges MUST be in their original condition and not altered in any way.  You will be issued Deli-Points or a Gift Code in the amount of the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs) which can then be used to purchase the correct item(s) at your convenience.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.

If a mistake is made on the part of Deli-Beads, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Sales Tax

Deli-Beads is a licensed business operating in the State of Minnesota, USA.
Our shopping cart will apply a 7.125% Sales Tax on all local Minnesota orders.
